Delivery Policy
All UK orders are sent with FREE delivery and are normally delivered within 24-48 hours of your order being placed. We strive to send all orders received by 3pm on the same day, we will try to send orders received later the same day too but it depends upon the time of collection by our couriers.
All overseas will be charged shipping which will be added to the total cost of their order before payment is made. Delivery will be handled by a suitable international courier, and a signature will be required upon delivery. These orders can take up to 14 working days subject to your location.

Once your package leaves the UK we cannot control how quickly your country handles the package in relation to customs or otherwise.

If we have a shortage of any particular product you may have ordered we will contact you with alternative options, sizes or styles. If none of the alternatives offered are acceptable we will give you an anticipated delivery date for the out of stock items to become available again, if this is unacceptable we will send you an e-mail to confirm cancellation of the order. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS;
If you wish to return an item you must do so within 7 days of receiving your goods, please call or email us to confirm our returns procedure and the fact you wish to return an item. Anybody failing to do this may have their returned item refused. 

Isobags U.K. does not accept liability for damage in transit or at the delivery destination, any exchanges we make are as an act of good will and in an attempt to prove our level of commitment to our clients. Please open deliveries with the courier driver present so he can witness any damage which may have occurred in transit.

SECURITY INFORMATION; All customers placing an order online will need to supply their home land line telephone number as part of our security check, if you fail to provide all the information required and subsequently cancel your order a 10% administration fee will be deducted (minimum £5).

All credit, debit and switch cards must be registered in the to enable us to carry our security checks. All non registered cards may not be accepted OR may only be accepted with further proof of identity, this is in an attempt for us not to get fraudulent card charge backs and to protect honest cardholders.We require your land line telephone number so we can verify your home address details and/or contact you if there is a problem with your order.
We do not sell or release any of your private information to any third party. We are required by our card payment processing company to hold a valid home land line telephone number. We regret that we may be unable to accept just a mobile number even though it is essential for us to have this so we can get in touch with you if there are any problems with your order and to give to the courier company so they can notify you prior to attempting delivery.
